ALLIGATOR BOOTS

This guest post from Lenny Mcknight

This Christmas I used my wireless internet service to find my husband a great gift. He is one of those people who has everything, so I never know what to buy him for Christmas, our Anniversary, and his birthday. I am also waiting until the last minute and running around town trying to find the perfect gift. I have to say that he usually gives much better gifts than I do. He is really just so thoughtful and always picks me out something that I love, but would never spend the money on myself. Like this year, he got me a new ski coat and also some really beautiful green onyx earrings. I searched and searched the internet and then decided that I was going to get him some custom cowboy boots. I ended up ordering the custom pair from the Lucchesse boot store in Houston, Texas. They are the same boot brand that John Wayne used to wear. I ordered him almond brown boots. The lower half of the boots are alligator back. The upper part of the boot is made of soft goat leather with nice stiching and detailing. They are truly unique and beautiful. I think that they are going to be a nice surprise and that he is going to really love them.

Home Shopping

Thanks to Roman May

Yesterday my wife and I went to look at new homes with a realtor. We have been living in Texas for the past year in an apartment. Now that we have spent some time here checking out the different neighborhoods and areas, we’ve decided we are ready to put down our roots. We don’t have any children but plan to so the new house will need to have room for them. We also don’t have any pets but my wife would really like a dog so a yard we can fence in (if it isn’t already fenced) is also a must. I like to tinker with cars so we have to have a good sized garage. We looked at five houses but none of them really fit what we are looking for. The good news from the day is we really liked the realtor we met with. She was very professional and knowledgeable and provided some great information. One of the items she gave us was a page of websites to help us when we move. It listed places for everything you need to do to get set up in your new home, including shopelectricityratestexas.com. We are looking forward to being able to use the new information!

Moving to the Country

Guest post from: Constance Rodgers

My husband and I have been talking about moving to the country not so much because we hate the city but we both really feel a calling to live off the land, if that makes sense. We’ve both always loved fresh produce and that kind of thing and we think that making the transition to living on a farm sounds like a really wonderful way of life for us. There are a lot of things to consider, though, like what we’ll do with our house here in the city and how to get wildblue internet way out there. It’s also going to be a challenge to find enough land to make our home self-sustaining which is our ultimate goal if we go all the way out there. I think it will be a great way to raise our future family and I know the dogs would love it so I think I’m pushing for it even harder than my husband but when it comes down to it we both have to be in agreement about it!

E-mail Marketing

A great way to add extra income to your online presence, is by using different types email marketing programs. There are many different programs, and tools. I will explain what I use, and how I make it work for me. you may have to tweak some of the methods to make for you.

The program I like to use is email newsletters. I have found family to be a great targeted audience. I have a large family thats gets together quite often, I use the newsletters keep the rest of the family in the loop. With links to my blog, letting them know theirs new pictures they just have to see. This generates traffic with the end result being extra cash.

Remember not to spam, you should really use the proper email marketing tools to allow you subscribers to Opt out. It's better to have a solid list of potential clients, then a huge list of people just throw trash your emails.

Metal Dectives

Before my son was born, I started getting into metal detecting. Me and my dog would take trips, around local parks, Bike paths, and fishing sites in search for Gold and Silver MLM. Even though I never found anything of much value, I found it was relaxing and, I think it helped with training my dog. It gave me the proper time to work with him.

I recently started, looking into getting back into it, so I bought my son his first metal detector. During my search for coin collecting I came across Numis Network. It's a new company thats about helping people gain wealth by collecting coins. I think this would be great for getting back into metal detecting. I can teach my son about coins, and show him how, his wealth grows, and maybe when he's eight I'll let him cash some in!

Numis, I believe lets you earn income through a MLM platform. Introduce people to the program, and earn. Remember a coins value is long lasting, so it's the perfect thing to collect. for more information please check out their site Numis Network.

pianist in me?

As many of you know I have been playing guitar off on since High school. I'll admit, I'm not spectacular, but I feel I have came along way. I never had regular lessons, most of my learning was from friends, and family. I tried taking lessons, but it was to expensive. I did attend a few but not regularly, so it was kind of a waste of money.

I like writing my own music, and now trying to learn piano chords. I find myself struggling when I have to use both my hands. It can be a bit frustrating. Never the less, I know I can do it, just need to practice REGULARLY! That's easier said then done. At least I can play piano chords with my right hand just find. That's really all I need to help me write my music.

I like to record, then play back myself playing piano chords, so I can jam along with my guitar. I really wish I started learning both at the same time. Then instead of learning, and practicing I could be playing at night clubs making extra money!
