Yesterday my wife and I went to look at new homes with a realtor. We have been living in Texas for the past year in an apartment. Now that we have spent some time here checking out the different neighborhoods and areas, we’ve decided we are ready to put down our roots. We don’t have any children but plan to so the new house will need to have room for them. We also don’t have any pets but my wife would really like a dog so a yard we can fence in (if it isn’t already fenced) is also a must. I like to tinker with cars so we have to have a good sized garage. We looked at five houses but none of them really fit what we are looking for. The good news from the day is we really liked the realtor we met with. She was very professional and knowledgeable and provided some great information.
